  Expert Witness
Dr. Ronald Stephens has been called to Washington, DC on five occasions to testify before Congressional and Senatorial committees in the areas of school crime and youth violence prevention. Dr. Stephens has also worked with the governors and legislators in more than a dozen states to provide legal technical assistance in the area of school law. Click here to read a transcript of his testimony. In addition, he testified before the United States Senate Judiciary Committee on September 2, 1998.

Dr. Stephens is recognized as an expert witness in numerous state courts and federal jurisdictions throughout the United States. He is available to assist school districts, administrators, law enforcement agencies and crime victims in matters relating to school safety.
