Dr. Stephens has spoken at hundreds of conferences across the nation and appeared on all of the major television networks as an expert in school safety training. Ms. Hilda Clarice Quiroz has served as a featured speaker and keynote presenter for school systems and communities nationwide. As a veteran middle school teacher her specialty topics include bully prevention, diversity and hate crimes, school leadership, teamwork and cultural fluency.
